   Very Important Information!  Please Read!

• As per SCIAA guidelines, you must play a minimum of 7 matches in a season. This does not include tournaments.

• The Scrimmage Rule does apply.  More important rules.

• You must play each team in your league AT LEAST once.

• You may schedule the remainder of your matches with any other high school of your choosing.

• The maximum number of matches in a season is 16 and tournaments count as 2 matches.

• Do not schedule matches April 18 - 25.  These dates are reserved for the SCIAA Championship Tournament (and possible rain dates). 

• When scheduling matches and entering them on the spreadsheet, click on the other league's schedules (at the bottom of the excel sheet) and you can see if the tennis center where you would like to play, already has a match scheduled there .  Oftentimes, the large tennis centers may be able to host two separate matches, or 4 teams, but be sure to .... 

• Confirm match dates and number of courts needed with the  tennis center.

• If you need to reschedule a match for any reason, be sure to update the schedule spreadsheet.

• ENTER MATCH SCORES by noon the following day after the match.     FAILURE TO ENTER MATCH SCORES WILL BE CONSIDERED AS MATCHES NOT PLAYED AND TEAMS WILL BE SUBJECT TO FINES.  It is recommended that both coaches enter scores just in case one coach accidentally forgets.  

• Please report teams who are "no-shows" and did not cancel or reschedule in advance of your match time to Coach Arena or Kai Washington.  

• NO-SHOW TEAMS WILL INCUR A FORFEIT FINE AND THE OPPOSING TEAM WILL BE CREDITED WITH THE WIN.
